The driveway is shared with the main house and parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We simply ask that guests do not block any vehicles. The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with ample street parking available for both the casita and main house guests.

The driveway is shared with the main house, and parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We simply ask that guests do not block any vehicles. The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with ample street parking available for both the guesthouse and main house guests. We are pet-friendly! A $50 pet fee applies per stay. Please be sure to include your pets on your reservation or notify us prior to arrival. A washer and dryer are available for guest use during your stay. These appliances are intended for normal personal laundry only and may not be used for commercial purposes, oversized items, or excessive loads. The living room sofa converts into a full-size bed. If your group plans to use the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can provide additional linens and bedding. Please note that the home is best suited for 1–2 guests. Additional guest fees may apply for reservations with more than two guests.
