The home offers a large living area, separate dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer — designed to have everything you may need during your stay. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, workspace desk, TV, and a connected half bathroom with toilet access. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, TV, and direct access to an exterior door leading outside. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, perfect for children, friends, or additional guests. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is centrally located between the bedrooms for easy access. Please note this is an older home, and we’ve intentionally maintained much of its original character through features such as the wood flooring, moldings, and unique wall textures that give the home warmth and charm. The property also features a fully private gated backyard, perfect for pets, children, or simply enjoying outdoor space during your stay.

Please note this property is part of a duplex; however, only the exterior/front portions of the property are shared. The home itself is completely private. The shared wall connection is primarily kitchen-to-kitchen, and because the property is built with concrete walls, noise has never been an issue for guests. We still kindly ask all guests to remain respectful of neighboring occupants during their stay.
